How it works?

The North Philadelphia Human Services Development Corporation/GPUAC(NPHSDC) was created out of the need to implement a community-based conduit that would create programs offering an array of intervention and preventive services for individuals and families residing in North Central Philadelphia and surrounding communities.

NPHSDC works collaboratively with other Philadelphia agencies, i.e. housing, employment and training, mental health consortiums, city health department, community based organizations, etc. in order to provide the necessary services to each of its clients Say hello.
